	The original message has disappeared so I don't know if you got the info. I found an Arthur Howard registered in the sept 1/4 of 1922 which is quite possible as he was born late June just in case you missed it Arthur Howard mothers maiden name Howard registration district West Derby ref 8b 542 Let me know if its the right one!
