Member Since: December 2003 Posts: 17 Send Message	I've been looking for my Richard and Charlotte WHITFORD for so long. They were in Liverpool at the birth of their son in 1814 when Richard was recorded as a mariner, but that's all I really know, apart from a vague possible link of a marriage in the Isle of Man. It has occured to me that Richard could have been a pirate or a privateer. Now is I am casting a net looking for anyone with ideas or expertise in this area. Any thoughts anyone? Jan in Oz
