David If you re-save a file with the same name to the same drive it will over-write the previous one. You can re-use a floppy until it wears out. |

Sue If you go into Windows Explorer (Start/Programs/Windows Explorer: may be an extra step depending on how your desktop is set up) and click on the A drive it will show you all the files on that disk. If you ask it to show the details (View/Details), if not already shown, it will tell you that dates and times that the files were created and modified. The last date/time modified one should be your latest saved file which should then have you latest additions on it. |

Hello Brain, thankyou for answering my question, but whilst I was waiting for a reply I was fiddling about with a few things I don't really know what I did put have just checked again and I have all my rellies back, I was really getting worried. One other thing Brian as I have about 1600 names and information on these files, I have backed up on a floppy well last week as I was backing up it told me that I could not hold any more and I was to add another one, but will that back everything up now?not really sure how it will work. When I was checking what info I had backed it came up saying this is not a re writable so how would I go on if I lost every thing on the paf and I was just left with these. I am baffled if I can't add to them. Sue................. |

If it won't all fit on one floppy the computer should split it for you over two or more floppies. |

Hi Sue, I would invest in a CD writer and then you can same loads of stuff onto CDs |
