You are welcome Mary, I find that Bulk folder great for catching the spams. Much better than outlook express which lets them through!! Best of luck. Margaret |

Thanks Margaret- signed up for the 'upgrade' 6 weeks ago- only discovered tonight that there was a 1-hour download to go with that! What a dinosaur I am! E-mail's coming in as usual now- your reassurance helps a lot :0)) Mary |

Maggie It seems as if AOL don't let you have them at all. They are sent back to us 'lowly' bt y a h oo users and lost to you. I resorted to sending a letter by post!!! It looks like AOL think they know what's best for you. Anne |

Hi all I am with BT Y a h o o BB. It is AOL that is the problem. Although I received quite a few emails from a girl yesterday who uses A O L. A few bounce back at times. Sandra |

Mary, your bulk folder is where all your spam goes to and you should be able to locate it when you check your mail. It should show all folders on left margin. If it helps, I had a few teething troubles at first when I upgraged to y a h o o, but so far so good. Margaret |

I've had trouble with AOL rejecting e-mails for months. It's got to the point where my immediate reaction to seeing that someone has an AOL address is "Oh no !". |

The problem is AOL think they are the internet. They are blacklisting whole ISPs and servers who fail their rubbish spam filters. They are annoying their own customers and the rest of the net. My nephew complained to them and they just didn't want to know. I think they are losing customers in droves in the states. Bob |

From 23.59, on 11 February, I didn't get a single message in. Last night I sent a message to Y...., & tonight there are 3 messages... Tried to add my 2 pennorth to this thread...message appeared without the word Y..a..h..o..o. I've upgraded, on my bt account, as bt expected, but still haven't tracked down the 'bulk mail folder'! Wonder what's in there !? Mary |

Hi Lynne, There is another thread on this subject on page 2 at the moment. It appears aol are trying to sort it out with BT, which the other person was trying to e-mail. Hope this helps. Margaret |
