My Gt. grandfather Benjamin Brewerton married his first wife ,mary Taylor, in Chester. She died in 1833. He was living in Hawarden at the time. The problem with border changes is that part of Flintshire was Cheshire some of the time. So I am trying to find details of his 2nd marriage, to Ann Edwards nee Jones, in both Chester and Wales but to no avail!! |
