Hello Your up-dating posts are very helpful. I look on UKBMD from time to time but, although it gives the date of the latest update there wouldn't be room for specifics. Do you happen to know why it is that almost all the local BMD sites have been updated in July or August this year, West Midlands was last updated in Dec 2003? It isn't a complaint - if, thanks to someone else's effort, info is supplied free of charge, complaining is inappropriate - but it is an expression of disappointment. [Or shall I find next time I look that there's been a recent update after all?!] cheers Christine |

Hi Christine, many thanks for your feedback, I have often wondered if anybody does actually look at this thread ... Sorry, but I don't know anything, other than what I see in the newsletters. By subscribing to the newsletter, I also get lots of other mail addressed to it, and sometimes there are snippets of news, and questions: why this, when that etc. but it does all seem that each county is an independent project, and each is dependant on *their* number of volunteers, and how much they time they have. If you wish to subscribe, too, the address is in the first posting. regards, Bob |
