Hi i know this is a long shot, but the only information i have is Henry Carter born about 1806 in Hertford Hertfordshire married May in 1828 who was from Berkshire, the only child i know about is John born 1832 in Hertford Hertfordshire cannot find them on the 1841 census. Hope you can help Lynn |

Hello... I'd love to find out more about FRANCES FRANCIS,(Fanny? Francis),born about 1807 in Hertford. I believe she married in 1831,in Marylebone,St Mary.She married Samuel Winbow and they had a son named Richard John who was christened 30 sept 1832 at St John and All Saints,Hertford.They later moved to Gloucester... Hi, thanks for starting this thread. My names are: Lewis - St Albans, Sandridge, Wheathampstead Field - St Peter I especially would like to find out more about the families of Thomas Lewis and Charity Shaw who married in Wheathampstead in 1788. Also a Selina Lewis (born 1846) who had 4 children out of wedlock then disappeared, I can find all children. I know she had at least one other child after she disappeared also called Selina, although I don't know if she was married by this point. Thanks Vicky |

Hi Elizabeth, I have a Ann Field in my tree who was born in 1807 in St Peter, I only know this is her maiden name as her brother Joseph was living with her in the 1871 census in St Albans. Ann married a John Lewis and lived in St Albans. Do you know if there is any connection bewteen your Field's and mine? Vicky |
