g.gran missing in 1901!!!!!!!!!

Lol..... well i've never been called spooky before !!! thought this one was quite easy having an unusual forename, just searched for Carry, no surname, and went through them till i found what looked right, i do like a challenge though!!!

Crista - every day you come up with some spooky lookups - it's not natural! ;o) You can talk it down by saying, "I only do this ..." but there's something very odd going on!

crista & sharpie, have tried it again-----and i found them!!!!! tried to pay with my card and it wont accept it!!!!!!!! don't know why,it's not out of date and i've used it before!! what you have put down here crista is great, cos it is them!!!!!! i am so pleased, thank you so much!! deborah mary "auntie mary" thomas joe "uncle joe" and 8yr old james henry was killed in ww1, g.gran had him before she was married, at the time the census was taken she was having my nan who was born in the july 1901. thanks a lot everyone i am over the moon!!!!!!!!!!!! going to try again to pay so i can print the image, if not i will go to the library and buy a voucher. chris.

How on earth did you think of doing that????? I am in awe of you geniuses on here. Ok, what would you look for Elizabeth Ellen Horstead - death record after 1901. Cant find it anywhere. Tried all variations, just what would you put in PLEASE.

Christine, Search for Chenchill on the 1901 site, Cenchild on Ancestry. The 8 year old James Henry was born James Henry C Rouse. crista, farm labourer, ------thats were i orderd the cert and it said john,so i thought i'd take a chance and send for it, when i got it, it had james on it and not john, i knew it was the right one cos it had g'grans fathers name on it, i know his name was james henry as his only surviving daughter (in her 80s) is still alive. sharpie, thank you, i'm going to try that. chris.

crista, his name was definatley james henry churchill-dob:1865 Long Compton Warwick, married Carry Rouse at the parish church,elmsthorpe leicester 9/6/1897, i have the marriage cert. chris.

hi all, can anyone help, i have tried to find my g.gran on 1901 census, i have looked and looked!!! on ancestry i can find her mother,father & grandmother all living together in 1901 but can't get the census page to open(it's ancestry plus,the free one) can't find g.gran any where in 1901 and it's driving me mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she must of been somewere!!!!!!!!! chris.
