	Hello, I`ve been advised to ask for a FRC look up. Looking for the name of the woman William Joseph Hayes born 21 april 1943 married between 1964-1973. Someone found a marriage between a william hayes and a stubbing, but no forename. Wonder if anyone else can be any help. Kerry xxxx
