Hi I have found the family relations new site is great from 1866-1920 as you can type in the district+ really refine the search. You get a results page with all the surname+ forenames..so it saves you looking through the microfiche files. However they haven't transcribed 1920onwards so its a case of searching through the microfiche listings...........I found that 1837 site was much quicker for this + it also takes up less units. |
