Is this his birth? If so, it was 1875 not 1876. The cert will tell you his parents names. Births Sep 1875 Seager Sydney Herbert St. Saviour 1d 179 |

What were his parents names? Maybe the family has been mistranscribed on the 1881 & 1891 censuses. |

Well sort of! My g.grandfather ws called Sydney Herbery Seager born in 1876. I have founf his birth on Freebmd and his marriages, but between his birth and his marriages there is no sign of him anywhere on any of the censuses. It is really frustrating. I know he was born in Lonon Newington - St Saviour from the record i found of his birth, but why would he not be on any census record until 1901 which is the first i can find him! Any ideas> |
