Also I forgot to mention, David died and Louisa may have taken the pub on with her new husband who was a Stevenson. Not sure what happened to it after that. Lee

Hi, thanks Jess but all I have is the name of the pub and that it was in Shildon, Durham. My gt.gt. grandfathers name was David Pears and wife was Louisa, not sure if the pub was passed down From Louisa,s parents Thomas and Elizabeth Hunt. Lee

My gt.gt.gt.gt grandparents owned a pub in Shildon Durham, named the Dunn Cow Inn. Does anyone have any idea how I could find out for sure. Also where I could look for old photos of the pub. Any help appreciated. Lee
