Before anyone else starts worrying about this: On my homepage I have been able to click on the little tree icon next to the name on the individuals page and bring up a personal outline tree for that person. Yesterday wanting to check someones line I did that and got an error message 'no data available'. Aaagh, what have I done now to lose data? BUT I sent an email to Genealogy and have received a reply this morning that it is down to their end and they are working hard to reinstate the service. Just thought Id let you know in case, like me, you thought you had done something wrong! |
