Member Since: January 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	I have the certified copy Marriage Certificate of a WILLIAM CLIFTON and REBECCA STEPHENS . The marriage took place in West Bromwich, Staffordshire on 18th April 1859. As this turns out not to be 'my' William Clifton I would be happy to post it on to anyone who believes him to be 'theirs'. I am also posting this message under Clifton and Stephens. Janet
