Hello Jess. I would be very grateful if you could trace CHARLES PLUCK (Labourer) and his family in the 1891 census. Charles had a son JAMES, born about 1872. I think they were born in the London area. Sorry I can't be more specific. Best wishes. Dave

margaret The record i use is ancestry - good for info up to about 1910 in terms of births deaths and marriages. after that, which when she would have married , you will have to look at 1837 on line. sorry ~jess~

Jess. Can you help yet again. Why can't this research be straight forward. On the 1881 Census, I have found Jane Hibberd born 1875 and John Hibberd born 1878. The enumerator has then down as being born in Erchfont Wilts but it is actually Urchfont Wilts. They are listed as being on thier own but there must be a mistake as I can't see two small children of 6 and 3 living without adults. Can you check the 1891 for me to see if they are listed. With John then being 13 perhaps they have got him linked back to his parents or guardians. Thanks so much

hi jess thanks for the offer, can you look on the 1891 and 1901 for jesse james born brightwaltham berkshire and his wife ellen born ilkeston derby living in st giles on the 1901 for their family, I want to know if charles 5 and henry 8 on the 1901 are their children. also thomas grover and his wife louise or louisa living in farnham surrey age about 30-35 on the 1891. thank you very much. jenny
