Although advice is always welcome, it's best to check the date of the last post before you add. In this instance it's 1 Mar 2013 :-)

These problems are generally related to browser issues. For example I have trouble with IE11, but then have success with Firefox. Probably best to try an alternate browser.

any help?

Go to View my relatives profiles from relatives tab on main menu
put in name of person you want to add photo to and search
click on the one you want
click see all photos and media (assuming you have uploaded photo to keepsafe) already
the there is a set profile button , click this

This is what appears under HELP for uploading photographs:

How do I upload a photo to my tree?
You can add photos to details of any of your relations. From the Family Tree page, select the relation then click on the 'Edit' tab in their name box. This will open the details panel.

Select 'Photos' from the top of the details panel, then click on 'Upload'.

You will be shown a box that says 'Upload to Keepsafe'. Click on the button that says 'Browse' in this box. If you click on this you will see a view of your computer's drives. Locate the image from where you have saved it on your computer then click on the 'Open' button.

You're now ready to start uploading the image. Click on the 'File chosen - click next' link and select the photo type from the onscreen options. Click on the 'Upload to Keepsafe' tab once to start the process, it may take a little while to be transferred to our server.

Once the photo's uploaded, you can add any notes that you wish. A copy of the image will be stored in your Keepsafe too.

I am having trouble uploading photos it just does not work
Any help would be appreciated

Is anyone having problems uploading pics again?

I click on the upload photo and it does nothing.

Any idea's anyone?

Hi all GR recently had server problems in connection to the photographs on the site. Many members (me included) who had photographs on trees found they had gone. GR are at fault at the moment. Glen

I think they are very bad at replying to your emails , are you sure your photos arent too largej

i uploaded my pic to my tre ages back but i tried uploading another pic in mid november and got a message saying there was an error please try later anyway i tried later still nothing and later still the same message i reported it to GR at the end of november went into hospital had my gall bladder removed came out tried again still the same message and still no reply from GR now its nigh on christmas day and still nothing tell you anything ?????????? malc

I have been getting the same problem. I emailed them three days ago. They promise a reply within 2 days but have not answered. Last time I emailed them about a photo problem they never replied at all. Has anyone ever had a reply to an email about a problem?

I hve been trying for days and keep getting an error message I am about to email them direct please do the same so they will correct it thanks

Can anyone help? I'm trying to upload photos to my tree, but I keep getting an internet navigator instead. It just won't let me upload.
