Hi Jess Its me AGAIN lol Have just found out that Sarah Evans b;1844 Audlem her mothers name was Sarah, her father was definately John a Shoemaker, The census's you gave me have a wife named Mary so I dont think he is the right one after all. :~( AAgghhhhhh Sorry Can you check on 1861 / 1871 and see if you can find John Evans with wife Sarah.
