Hello Jess, Hope it is on the right board this time. Trying to find Thomas Taylor no DOB, wife Ellen born Jan 1807, Children - Ann 1842, Ellen 1845, Margaret 1846, Elizabeth 1848, William 1849, Stephen 1851. They were all born in the area of Slaidburn, which includes Dalehead and Easington - was in the West Riding (not the one in the East Riding). In 1974 Slaidburn became part of Labncashire, so records have been transferred to Lancashire locations. In 1851 this family was living in the village of Slaidburn, but have not been found there, or in surrounding district in 1861. If you can trace them in 1861, we will then know where to look in later censuses. Thanking you in anticipation of success. Regards, Bernard

I am looking for a Marion josaphine Murphy (c) 1876 Born in Ireland. there is a Marian murphy on 1901 census living in leicester who was a teachers assistant, but not sure that it is her.
