Diane, using Tintern there is 1 - born 1803. using Monmouthshire there are loads, even refining the birth date +/- 1 year sorry

Hi Jess Re Youlden, Badland, Langdell. Thank you you for the information, at first glance i can see why you said you was totally addled and as you suggested i will have to send for the marriage cert for the 1902 marriage of Badland/Langdell to confirm that query. As for the Youlden/Frier marriage that looks correct and i shall send for that one also for the additional information. The details of the birth of who must surely be their daughter, same unusual name as mother, is another i will send for to confirm. It's a pity you couldn't find them on the 1901 Census but you can only find whats there and for that i thank you. There also seems to be a large gap between the birth you found and the birth of their son in 1905, abt 11yrs, shall have to have a rummage see what i can find. Thanks Jess Bren

I have the 1881 census with: JAMES BARNETT aged 21 born Butterwick Lincoln,married living as a servant in Burgh in Marsh Lincoln separate from his wife and child.
