Hi Jess, As I am unable to find your thread for Tuesday, I will tender my thanks to you from here until it reappears. I am grateful to you for taking the time to look up some info on the Weston & Collins families for me. Hi Jess, Thank you for your kind offer. Can you please look in 1861 & 1871 for my g grandmother Mary Ann Sykes. 1881 says she was born 1851 New Brighton, Cheshire. She married David Hanna 30/7/1871 at Leeds parish church. residence at time of marriage Sykes Row presumably Leeds. Father John Sykes, his occupation Potter. Thanks David |

David. have tried all the john Sykes in leeds in 1871 and not one of them is a potter, Cant find Mary, in either 1871 or 1861 sorry |

Hi Jess Your link from yesterday disappeared so I don't think you saw my request, or I didn't see your reply, you looked for a George Frederick Hooper for me in 1861 but couldn't find him, could you look under Frederick Hooper b.1844 Burford, Oxford/Oxon, nearest Town to Bruford is Witney.
