Robyne, The piece of paper is nearly falling to bits, it's so old. Some bits of it tie up, some bits are slightly confused. Henry Clark RN married Harriott Jessie Godden - I have marriage details so that is correct. Apparently, this couple had 2 sons George Godden and Henry. It is this Henry that she states married Jane Wingf (writing goes off end of page :-/ ) She notes that this couple had 3 sons, Bertie, Charles and ..... and also Flora and Jessie. 1861 census agress most of this - there is Harriott Jessie, Florence and also Stephen. I have assumed that maybe the other 2 sons had left home. I have tried a fuzzy WINGF* search but am still drawing a blank. Next stage send for Harriott Jessie birth cert, but have spent far too much on this already this month! Any other ideas? Sally

Have you looked for their marriage on Ancestry? I sent you a PM about a Henry Clark marrying a Jane in 1840, but that marriage was in Middlesex so probably isnt the right one

Hi Robyne, Thanks for the offer. I would be greatful for any info on a William March from Gloustershire. He was possibly a cabinetmaker. This is the only info I have to date on this person. I am trying to track his son down Frederick March born 1855 Bristol. Thanks Pete.

I would appreciate it if you could look up GAGENs in Norfolk In particular - John gagen born 1795 - birthplace Norfolk spouse Charlotte Gagen 0 born 1801 - born Norfolk or Ireland - information keeps changing on where she was born. children include John bradshaw Gagen - born 1827 and Daniel Gagen - born 1836 both children were born in Norfolk. Any additional information that may be available would be helpful. When you have the time, if you find any other Gagen's in the Norfolk area, could you please include the information as they may all be related Thank you Penny

The areas i have are Calver, Five Walls, Brailsford and Hazleford. there are a couple on their own and a couple with parents. Def none with mary so they werent married by that time

William March - There are several William's of all ages. all the adults seemed to be Ag Labs and the childrens dads werent Cabinet makers. If you have any kind of info about parishes that might help narrow it down

Hi Robyne, I feel a bit bad about asking this as I already made a request elsewhere with no real result. Hope you don't mind. I'm looking for GILLATT ARRAND aged about 12 born in East Butterwick, Lincs. I think he would be with his mother Ann Arrand (aged about 40), maybe still in East Butterwick. His mother's maiden name was Gillatt (Gillott) and I think there may be other Gillatts in East Butterwick. If he's on the index Gillatt Arrand should be easy to find - I'm pretty sure there was no-one else with that name then!! Thank you Anne

Hi Robyn Do you have an index for ESSEX? If so I'd be grateful if you could look for a CHARLES FLEWERS/FLOWERS/FLUERS/FLUWERS aged about 10. I have found two possible candidates in London in 1851, one was born Epping and the other in Grays. Many thanks Lyla

Hi , You kindly found some information for me on a samuel stevens in Chelmsford, but I have just got the dreaded wedding certificate that says his father was Henry Stevens and not Robert Stevens. I know this is a bit of a cheek but would you be able to see if maybe Henry Stevens is on the census. I am wondering if there was an military base near Chelmsford and if he was there. On Samuels wedding certificate it says Henry was a veterinary surgeon. Thanks for all your help
