Incidentally - I found more historical refs to what is obviously the same place when I googled 'Twig Folly'. There are also refs on A2A - though not, it appears, to your man. Christine |

I have to say I did enjoy hunting the place down! It was really pleasing when I realised that there was such a place and in the right general area. I wouldn't have bothered posting so much, but I though that the various descriptions of the villains' flight might clarify the position of the place. Christine PS - I did think it was quite intriguing though! |
