Hi, Could you possibly do a look up on the 1851 census for Carrs in Claxby Lincolnshire. I know that there should be at least one in the area - Elizabeth - she died in about 1855 and would have been about 70 when she died. Other Carrs in the village would probably have been her sons. Hi Debra, and thanks for the offer. got a William Walls 1872 - Gateshead Newcastle and wife Mary Jane Walls 1878-apparently he died young and they had nine children, cannot find any record of this but I am a newbie-lived in Wolsley Street and then Grainger Street, Newcastle-would love the list of children but tried the usual things and got nothing-any help or advice would be appreciated-going off now but back on about 4 tomorrow afternoon-I know they had a daughter called Mary Jane Walls that married a Walter Errington-and that is the limit of my knowledge-Goodnight.

Debra, MESSAGE UPDATED Can you please look for Elizabeth Candler born c1841 in Bath her parents were Benjamin Candler and Elizabeth Jenkins. I presume they would still be in Bath in 1851. By 1860 she had moved to Aberdeen, Scotland. Many thanks, Kerry (don't have any other info to add)

Hi Debra, Do you have anything in the 1851 census for Mary and Patrick Jennings County Cork Ireland. The came to live in England with daughters Ellen and Bridget around 1864/5. I wanted to find any relatives in Ireland but have hit a brick wall. Any info at all would be greatly appreciated. Also do you have anything for my grandfathers parents, his name was James Jackson b May 1900. He had sisters Dolly and Florence and a brother Alfred. They were all born in North Shields, which was then in the county of Northumberland..Another brick wall i'm afraid. Regards, Margaret.

In Newtown montgomery William Davies born c.1796 possibly newtown montgomery wales. (Doesnt say on 1841) Ann Davies born c. 1796 possibly newtwon montgomery wales He may not be with mother and father:: (son) John born c.1830 probably in newtwon montgomery wales. In 1841 the family were living at breckfield in newtown montgomery, and another son in 1851 was living at slangfield. If there is no luck with the family is there any sign of the son john in 51/61, on his own Thanks stephanie, very much appreciated.
