Jess, in the 1881 I have him as an agricultural labourer, and in the 1901 he is down as a shepherd. But it is the same person. Gloria xx |

no Jess found that one his mother is Elizabeth. Jeanette I thought someone found him in 1901 a visitor and a cartman |

Gloria's 1881 census has them living Tring, that's why I went with the 1880 birth. |

Wilstone is 2 miles north of Tring and Tring is in Berkhampstead district.....but I don't know how near the edge it is! Merry |

Merry they are all within spitting distance - i was brought up in Berkhamsted - (which seems more luck than judgement) Im going to print the whole lot off and chew on it for a while. thanks all |
