	I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a cert but when I mail I just get an automated response giving details of their services. I know there is a knack to emailing them as I did it a couple of years back - does anyone know the address please? UPDATE Just looked back through my old mails and found that you have to put the letters GQ in the title of your mail for it to be dealt with personally!
