Am searching for info on a Skeffington Liquorish from Hallaton. Have found him in 1881 census but nothing else and would like to ask for help in where to look next? Alison

1861 is transcribed exactly the same , how odd!!...and on the image their surname is quite clear , and correct! Cannot find Skeffington or wife Frances in earlier or later censuses, nor can I find Skeffington in Ancestry civil reg. There are several Lickorish/Liquorish baptisms in Hallaton on the IGI, but none for Skeffington, or anything like it. Perhaps it was a middle name and he just chose to use it for one census? nell

Nell- the two i have found clearly say Licorice on the image both times (sorry cant spell it!)
