somebody has sent me an email to my yahoo account it is quite a lot of info which she has printed in Pink dont know if thats the reason but it will not print I just get a blank paper, although the printer is working away. I tried sending it to Outlook express and it still wont print HELP as its too much to write out and its very important thanks

Can you copy and paste the information onto a word document? And perhaps change the colour!!!

Helen I did copy and paste it to word but it still would not come out how do you change the colour of the print thanks

Hi Val, Once you've pasted it on to word document you can change the ink colour by using the tool bar at the top. Highlight your text and there should be an 'A' (I think) if you click on that it will give you lots of colour options.

Helen Day thank you very much, and Helen Wright I did it , I have only had a Printer for 4 years how did I know you could change the colour of the Text ???? thank you both very much something else I have learned.

If you have multiple ink cardtridges - could it be that your color cartdidge is empty? Or your black cartridge?. When you click on PRINT, before you click OK - click on PREFERENCES - a labeled screen will appear - click on the COLOR tab and choose the other ink cartridge (as your PC defaults to use one or the other automatically unless you choose otherwise or change the settings in the PRINT options to use black ink or color.) its even greater than I thought she confirms that my husbands great great great grandfather came here from germany with The Court of Prince Albert as he was a Shoemaker to the Royal Court and he made Victorias Wedding Slippers and his Wife decorated them good eh????

Helen its so nice to talk, well sort of talk to someone who is as excited as I am my Hubby is not and he drives me mad ,sometimes I want to scream because I get so frustrated when I find something I have looked ages for, and nobody to share it with.
