Army records - Fees have gone up

I have just spoken to Glasgow to request some application forms for both of my grandfathers WW2 army records. I have been told that there is now a fee of £30 which went up in March 2005 from £25. Any anybody recently ordered any records to know how long it takes. Thanks Nicky
