census but not on any previous....?? I have a gg grandfather on my family tree Harry Tildsley b 1874 in runcorn, cheshire. On the 1901 census he appears as the head. Hi Harry is the same as Henry - as in Prince Harry/henry He was just a boarder with his siblings - no parents

Hi As found out in 1891 mother's name was rebecca just tried Rebecca Tildsley in 1871 - showed Harry's parents. Can't find his Dad's death though or mother's maiden name. You could order Harry's birth certificate
