Marilyn I can only find these Elizabeths in Lincolnshire and no Benjamins. Where were they living in 1851? that might help. Were there any children? Benjamin may have died ofcourse and Elizabeth a widow. The images on these are a bit difficult to read but will have another go in a minute, need a cuppa! Katarzyna- Thank you so much for the look up for my Brackenbury's. Even though you did not find my Benjamin B. I think you found his wife Elizabeth as age 65 Lincoln St Swithin. Both Benjamin & Elizabeth were at Lincoln St Swithin on the 1851 and I believe were running a rooming house - perhaps he was absent at time of census. Marilyn

If not too much trouble, could you have a look for the following ROBERT WILLIAM TOVEY born c1818 ( in the 1851 census it states he was born Cassets Ireland & then in the 1861 it says born British camp Flanders) so not too sure where he was born. 1851 census living at 67 Eagle St Saint George The Matyr London Middlesex & by 1846 he is married. Hi Kat, that is strange, in the 1851 Harriet is a widow age 47 (no William of course), George is 20, then there are Maryan (or Mary Ann) age 9, James age 7 and Susan age 5 The only other children I am aware of were Elizabeth who would have been 2 in 1841 and Sarah who would have been 9 (12 and 19 in 1851) Do you think it is the same Harriet? Ann, The only Harriett Knight/nite/night in Dorset aged between 30 and 40 in 1841 is this one living on independent means with 3 other Knights. I found other 3 George Knights age 11 and 12 but all were living with parents and siblings nothing like the names you gave me.
