Yesterday I went cross-eyed staring at records in the Guildhall Library because in a book from 1758 someone inthe family has written 'Hugh Munro died 1804 St Botolph's without Aldgate'. I couldn't find him under burials at all. I also couldn't find his marriage to ELizabeth but I did find his three children Isabella 1775, Jennet 1779 and John Thomas1783. I was thrilled to see they were all born in Swan ST, Minories where the family organ building business was. Does anyone have any other ideas? |
