I ordered one on 4th March..despatch date 20th march Ordered another today...despatch date 20th march. I've a mind to order another tomorrow and if says 20th March again I'll scream! My postie better have his crash hat on on the 20th if he hasnt got my certs! Gerri x |

I hope you have read my message titled 'Warning Ordering Certificates'. Basically its that I have been charged twice for one certificate and with the replies I have had on this and other message boards it is a regular thing. So be carefull check bank statements or credit card bills and print out everything to do with your order and keep emails. Christine |

dispatch date was 24th feb....still waiting...have now got the postman running scared..my hubby says he is going to make a sign saying ' Postman, never mind the dog beware of the wife' lol and crying inside |

Mine came today late by 2 or 3 days, i've noticed the dates of dispatch are up to 10 working days recently. |

My certificates had the release date of 23rd Feb and arrived on Thursday.... Ive ordered another one today and it has the release date of 1st April... |

Hi go t this email today Thank you for your email. I can confirm the due despatch date for your order was 27th December 2006. We are experiencing an upsurge in applications, particularly those made online, partly as a result of current television programmes. At the moment we are dealing with around 45,000 applications per week, which is more than ever before. We are doing our utmost to maintain output including working evenings and weekends to return to our target turnaround times. Our online service does not allow for the recording of despatch dates, although this is something which may be considered for the future. All despatch is done manually. I am unable to say when your order was despatched but feel sure that you will receive it very shortly. Yours sincerely They must be going made now -especially thinking it was December 2006 last month!! Penny PS I Got my cert yesterday - due date was 23rd FEB |

Linda, Mine didn't arrive either today, my despatch date was the 24th. Hopefully will get here by Monday. I am trying to be patient, but the poor postman must think I have a crush on him as I am pounching on the poor chap when he arrives every morning! Vanessa |
