1837Online has forces BMD records - but there have been a number of posts which said that their WW1 death certs didn't tell them any more than they'd got from the CWGC website. Christine |

I got my uncles and it said he was killed by a Road accident. Which it didnt say on the war site , so I was very pleased as I had the letters to my nan from the War Office about his death, so this confirmed it . |

Hi Lynne Can confirm it tells you little more than on CWWG site, mine had killed in action. Got more from CWWG and the cert from GRO was hand written. I doubt I would order one again Elaine |

Can anyone tell me how much it costs to view one overseas death record? I don't need anything else on 1837 so just wondered if its worth buying £5 of credit. I need the certificate to apply for his service record. Lynne |
