Our hunter gatherer friend recognised so many of his own character traits in this thread that he started throwing his spear around! It must have hurt his delicate little ego. Well done everyone for not satisfying his obvious need for attention. Hopefully he has now found a website which appeals to his superior intellect. Little Mo had the right idea with what to do with an iron! A (very) restrained Rachel

Been thinking about the messages on this thread. Think us girls have been a bit harsh. After all men do have their uses. I can think of one straight away...good at opening jars. What more can a girl want?

What was that classic Nora Batty (Last of the Summer Wine) said? 'The one thing you can say about men, their old vests make lovely polishing cloths' Oh and you can get a suction thingy that opens jars for you! And it wont sigh when you ask it to do it as it wont be doing anything else more interesting.

Does this mean that our menfolk have been made redundant ?

They are also good at banging in nails and my friend says their belly buttons are handy for standing your fag in when in bed. (Must stop mixing with such coarse people!)..any other uses....?

Heather Report 15 Mar 2006 15:47

Never thought of the belly button thing - dont you get a sort of bush fire happening?

Yes, I was envisaging filter end first....the fluff could be good for lighting fires when out camping though

OK then positive point number 1 - He fixes the computer when it goes wrong, understands techno talk, puts in new ink cartridges and unjams the printer, so that I can just concentrate on my family history!
