Can be used for getting faster images on censuses but more useful for scanning more quickly through the BMD........ Cannot be adjusted until you get up your first image but then works for subsequent searches........ Bring up your first image........... In the bar above click on options(blue box with red tick in it)......... select Image enhancing - Original scan....... select Image Compression - standard quality....... leave the next two options as they are........ The images will from then on appear more rapidly........ If the images do look unclear you can always revert to the original settings by clicking on options above the image again to enhance......... I searched thro 15 years of bmd tonight in half the time and did not find one image I could not read clearly.......... It works for censuses too Kat
