Rose You must have the actual IMAGES for census or BMD on screen to do this. Under the blue bar you should have a bar with BUTTONS Drag,In Out, Magnify, OPTIONS, Prev and Next Image, all on LHS. On the RHS you should have Print, Save, Share and Help Choose the Options. Kat |

Am I doing something wrong? When I bring up the first image there is no options box. There is the image with the buttons above it, then the blue bar with 'image about' etc at the left and 'exit full screen' on the right hand side. Above that is the link for back to record. Above that is 'you are here: search, England and Wales, etc'. Then the very top of the page has got the Ancestry logo and enhanced Image Viewer on the left and 'having trouble viewing this image' on the right. That's it. No box. Does being on AOL make a difference? Rose :-(((((((( |
