.......I agree 1871 would solve this ( I think ) but I can't see Emma or another possible for Henry....... I feel as though you could have the right family in 51 / 61 but feelings are no good unless you can prove them........LOL.........and I'm all out of ideas........ |

Your'e right I know but how great it would be to find them in 71, I could then put them all together and confim my background on the one side of my family that doesn't want to be found. They could be anywhere in or out of the country - lol and I think that is where they may end up staying!! |

1871 there is a Henry Felows listed as a lodger b. 1847 in Birmingham. if you look at the image above him is possibly Emma or Emily aged 2. Henry's occupation is tin man. |

Could be him as the age is right and the occupation of Tin plate worker is right ( he is the same all the way through his life and he brought all his family up like that to stay in the same job ) but and it's a big BUT, it isn't his daughter Emma with him it is the householders daughter so still have the issue of his daughter and his mysterious wife |

Look again. The householder is too old to have a 2 year old daughter so whose is the daughter? The info. for each person is a bit mixed up. Have you tried searching for a birth for Emma? There are a couple in 1867/1868 on freebmd born in Dudley (which covers Sedgley & Tipton) - you could order a certificate with Henry Fellows as father as a reference check. That might help! Ditto for Henry b. 1874 - there are a couple of possibles either side 1872 & 1875 in Dudley/Wolverhampton. |

This is a REALLY BIG long shot...........and now I might be clutching at straws....... assuming that daughter Emma was named after her mother ( as son henry was named after father ).......... Emma was born 1868......Birmingham.. Well there is this marriage for 1869...Birmingham. Henry Fellowes 1869 Apr-May-Jun Birmingham (1837-1924) Warwickshire George Hand 1869 Apr-May-Jun Birmingham (1837-1924) Warwickshire Emma Probert 1869 Apr-May-Jun Birmingham (1837-1924) Warwickshire Eliza Sutton 1869 Apr-May-Jun Birmingham (1837-1924) Might be worth considering. |

Had another look the name is Emila and she looks like the daugther of the one age 36, Henry is down as unmarried, This could now be proving that the Henry with the twin Wallace is not the one I'm after as mine should have Emma the daughter with him and a wife or be living in sin so to speak. Will have to leave it tonight and come back tomorrow about 8 Thanks to all, be back tomorrow Joanne |

No cetainly not Emma probert - she did infact marry a Henry Fellows but she isn't mine, have tried that one and she is on someone elses tree on here and we have tried to match up but it didn't work out as he stayed with Emma Probert and mine ended up with Emma Hall after 1881. Thanks for trying Etsa |

Back searching again and think the best course of action to take is to try and find the birth date of one of Henry's children Henry Junior born 1874c Birmingham and Emma born 1868c Birmingham - wish me luck on this one as I'm sure I'll need it. |
