Merry, the trip wire toe thing is for during the hours of sleep, hence the problems you are now experiencing. Jess, Id certainly get a doctors note - tell them you are actually wired up to the machine and disconnection at any time could prove fatal (and not necessarily for you).

I predict that GR will be the quietest it's been for ages....we'll all have to sort our own trees first (in fact definitely off my tree already). Thanks again for the laugh Heather.....have just cracked the office up reading the thread. Thread...that brings us back to the trip wire. I vote we put Glen in charge Chris

Im sorry Glen, but with this attitude, you are going to be the guy in the WW2 film who looks at the picture of his sweetheart and says you will marry her when you get back to Blighty and almost instantly gets blown to smithereens. Stiff upper lip is required for this job - and probably totally stiff body if we actually get you down that cannon barrel.

Glen come back here, act like the man you are, stand straight and tall in times of adversity. Dont stand there like a plonker, step back!

What, you think we could be liable if he lands on someone Chris??

Chrispynoodle

Chrispynoodle Report 19 Apr 2006 16:33

Yes Heather, must be careful...don't want to get sued. Don't think 1841 could be classed as mitigating circs
