Import GEDCOM problem

I imported an updated GEDCOM yesterday - about 30K people. First time I did it without a delete first. All seemed OK except that it never did the final bit of linking me to me and ended up with the wrong root person. I deleted the tree, recreated me as the correct root person and imported again. Result is the same. I am there twice, once with no links (the root I created) and again from the GED. The root was no longer me. I've sent a message to support to ask for it to be fixed. Any one else seen this problem? All the links seem otherwise OK - at least a random sample does! Jenny
