Surely I can't be the only one with this problem! So I'm giving it a NUDGE! I'm off to lunch now with some friends and will catch up with your responses later. Bye for now! Rachel

What's a Sunday lie-in? My 4 year old got me up at 6.30am! The only days he wants to carry on sleeping is when he has to get up for pre-school. Thanks for the nudge.

Before Christmas I had a problem viewing trees on the Old Tree Programme. When viewing one particular member's tree I kept getting the 'happy genesreunited error' message. I reported this to GR who referred it to the technical team. They never got back to me, every time I chased I was told to be patient! Needless to say the problem is still there and it's now doing it to trees that I've recently been given access to. At least now it displays the more helpful message 'Error drawing your tree - please contact support' Has anyone else had this problem? How did you resolve it? I'm a bit reluctant to contact GR considering what their last advice was. Thank you for your help. Rachel
