How do i start to trace my irish ancestors

Can any of you lovely people out there help me, we have traced our family back to our g g grandad Robert Bell 1838 married to Margaret Bell 1841 born in ireland this is all the info we have on them, they had 9 children born between ireland and durham, jane bell 1864 ireland, john bell 1867 ireland, thomasbell 1869 durham, robert 1872 ireland, james 1874 ireland, margaret1876 tanfield durham, william 1880 tanfield durham mathew 1883 stanley durham and elizabetha 1885 stanley durham, how do we begin to find them ? any help or advice would be very much appreciated, thank you in anticipation, lynn
