There was a thread yesterday about bmd certificates, if they are hand written or photocopies. Well for anyone who is interested i rang S-O-T (Hanley ) register office today and asked, and the older b certs are hand written because the reg is to small to scan but later ones are scaned. All marridge certs are photocopied and i think older death certs are also hand written.Hope this helps. Gill |
