I have been rather slack lately at working on my family tree what with one thing and another (including a rather stressful house move) and have just logged back on to Ancestry.co.uk where I am listed as a 'Registered Guest'. Now, having checked my subscription it should automatically have renewed itself (using the same credit card) in January this year although I have not received any emails telling me it was about to expire and that my subscription has been renewed / refused. Unfortunately all my bank statements are currently packed away in boxes so I can't check whether the money was taken out. Has anybody else had experience of this before I phone them up and find out what the problem is? Thanks again Jo |
