I think the line that makes it look like an 'h' at then end of the name, is actually part of the '4' in 40. I agree with the World's End for address and shoemaker for occupation for David. Kath. x |

Well Im desperate to have a friend, but its a really hard one. Wild guess - thought that the occupation looks like Iron worker or even Shoemaker - but he is surrounded by ag labs? Richard, well gawd knows, possibly Williams? |

Address = World's End Occupation Shoe maker Can't make out the name though. Could be Whidway but it really looks as if it ends ..gh. No on a second look the last up stoke is part of the age so I think it ends ...way Anne |

I am trying to read an image.1841 census. The page seems almost blank. My printer/scanner has packed up. Great Faringdon Berks, 10107/18/2 Folio 19 P.32. David Walker what is occ.? what is address. What is the name of man transcribed as Richard Whitenack. Anyone who can help will be my greatest friend. Many thanks Sylvia. |
