I had a response from GR this am, saying I had not given enough information re the posting, for them to find it - I gave them the name of the poster, but ok, I forgot to give them the name of the thread! So, I emailed them about noon today - dont suppose they work on Sunday? It's just possible that his post is genuine, if ill-worded (presumably English not his first language) and ill-directed (as has been remarked, there won't be many people on GR who fit his required profile). I can't tell whether he's a scamster or not, I was merely drawing attention to some plausible explanations which didn't include scamming. I think it's right that his message should be investigated to see whether or not it's genuine. The fact that he has given an apparently legit postal address elsewhere is reassuring but not definitive. Christine
