How do you keep your messages tidy and found 2 fam

Hi sorry i was just wondering how you manage to keep your messages tidy. When you have sent a message do you delete them when you have received a reply? I seem to keep mine so that i know who i have contacted them about but now i have loads of messages it is getting really untidy. Oh and i had to share this with you all. Last week i found my mums cousin who she hasn't seen since she was little and we are now in contact most days through email. Then yesterday i got a reply to a message i sent and i have found my dads cousins which he never knew he had he has 6 cousins and 14 great cousins they are both over the moon and really behind me 100% on the family tree searching now which is great.
