My mums grandma dissapeared in about 1920 leaving my gg grandad to bring the kids up, her name was Hannah Graham nee Redhead born Workington, Cumberland in 1879, we believe she ended up in ST Helens but I cant find her death and I know many peeps would love to know what happened and why, Another family mystery on that side is my Mums eldest sister, Margaret Mccann born Dalton in Furness 1921 married Jerry Jones about 1945 and had 3 kids, think names were Susan, Steven and Gerald, sadly her sister had an affair with her OH and Margaret fled to Yorks, we believe Halifax about 1957 and so many peeps have wondered about her! |
