Hi Linda, Please could you give me the details for Thomas Boulter, aged 18, sailed for Canada in 1929? I am wondering if this was my uncle - perhaps there is a last known address or occupation, which would confirm a yes or no! Thanks, Jay |

Good Morning Linda! I wonder if you could help me. I have been looking in 1919 for: Charles Crawford, a packing box maker Davidina his wife Eveline their daughter who was born in 1901 and I believe they had a son Frederick who was born in 1904. I know that Davidina died in 1977 in Boston,MA, But after talking to an older uncle I think they left before 1910 and possibly in 1907/08. I am not sure that they took any other children with them and I don't know if Davidina went alone after Charles sailed. I believe they sailed from Scotland, probably Glasgow as they lived in Aberdeen. Davidina was born in 1880 so she would have been 28 at least (although she might not have told them that!) Do you know if they needed passports then? I would be really grateful if you could give me any more info as I think another sister might have followed her later but I have no more proof of that at all. This could be the lead I have been searching for!! Many thanks Abigail |
