A Dutch family have adopted the grave of Roland Archbald PEEN, who is buried near their home, but would like to contact his family.... notably a niece, as Roland was 19 and unmarried.

It would seem that Roland was the eldest of 5 sons born to the above couple ( from freebmd records) so there may well be more relatives than suggested in the online article.

The two eldest were. Registered on the Maidstone district the younger three in the Hollingbourne district.

Kenneth and Grace had no children, but Kenneth had 3 daughters and a son from a previous marriage in 1959.
All born in Kent in the 1960s.

No marriage in England or Wales for Norman William.

Kenneth's 2nd daughter, born 1962, married in 1978.
No sign on ER (at least not with husband - no sign of him at all on ERs), and no children registered in England/Wales.

Kenneth's son married in 1987. He may have been living in Maidstone until at least 2013, and may still be at that address.

Kenneth's eldest daughter was probably living in Sussex until at least 2017.

I can't see any sign of the youngest daughter.

Norman's marriage is probably the one logged as PEEM in Thanet area.

I could find no Norman W PEEM birth and it would seem that children were recorded as PEEN and mmn ASH.
