Looking for Charles Good lass in the 1921 census, but cannot find him, I know he's still alive, found his wife may (may) located at 120 Riston Street Toxteth park Liverpool with her adopted son Ronald (My grandfather) but Charles seems to have disappeared, any ideas.

yes that's him, I've found him in all the censuses except the 1921 and was wondering where he is

The 1921 census is full of mistranscriptions.
Perhaps he's with Mary and Ronald but not transcribed.

I know that Mary(May) was born in 1881 so the 1875 would be too early

So I suggest your Charles is the 1885 one.
Parents Robert and Margaret, per censuses.

I've found him on all the censuses since he was a child, but cant find him anywhere on the 1921,but if the transcriptions are so bad then maybe he was there but has not been transcribed for some reason
